1. Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may request to cancel their order before it enters the shipping process (i.e., before it has been processed, packed, and a shipping label created). Due to the swift nature of our fulfillment process, we recommend submitting your request immediately.
If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once a shipping label has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still request a return after receiving the package, following our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:

- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Our support team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
If the cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. It will need 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon processing of the refund.
Please note: It typically takes 1–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or payment account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Important Notes
- Orders that have already been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier cannot be canceled.
- For such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
- YesEvo reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for personalized, custom-made, or special-order products.
- YesEvo is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or shipping carriers.
