YesEvo Return and Refund Policy

At YesEvo, we want you to shop with confidence and be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your jewelry, we gladly accept returns under the following policy.


1. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email support@yesevo.com within 15 days of delivery to request return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return (e.g., defective item, change of mind, or wrong size). Please do not return items to our business address without authorization.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please provide photo or video evidence with your email.
  • Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  • Package Carefully: Pack your jewelry securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Refund Processing: After the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll issue your refund minus any applicable fees (see Section 6).

2. General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any).
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and contacting us immediately if you notice any issues.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be processed and may be returned to you at your expense.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility

We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns. Responsibility for shipping cost depends on the reason for the return:

A. Quality-Related Returns (YesEvo’s Responsibility)

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error:
    • We cover all return shipping costs.
    • A prepaid label or postage reimbursement will be provided after verification.

B. Customer Preference Returns (Customer’s Responsibility)

  • If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or style):
    • A $5.00 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • Use the prepaid return label we provide for tracked shipping.
    • You may print it yourself or bring the PDF label to a carrier location for printing assistance.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or “final sale” items

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your expense. We’ll notify you before doing so.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition or different from the original product shipped.

7. Important Notes

  • Every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping; quality issues are rare.
  • Please choose carefully to minimize unnecessary returns.
  • Excessive or abusive return requests may result in purchase limitations.
